This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Achieve ambitious annual and multi-year targets for ARR growth, revenue, margin, and market share expansion within the IFA segment.
• Collaborate with the CRO and Group CFO to develop and implement the 3-year strategic plan and annual budget for the IFA business line.
• Define and continuously improve the value proposition, service model, pricing, and commercial policy tailored for independent financial advisors.
• Lead a team of IFA sales specialists and client success managers focused on the largest and fastest-growing IFA networks, platforms, and individual practices.
• Personally manage relationships with key IFA firms and platforms.
• Work closely with Product Management to design and prioritize offerings that align with the needs of independent advisors.
• Oversee the IFA-specific marketing budget and schedule, including flagship events, roadshows, webinars, digital marketing, and awards.
• Actively engage in all Group Executive Board decisions, ensuring the 'voice of the independent advisor' is represented in strategic discussions.
• Exemplify and enforce the group-wide sales process, CRM standards, and forecasting discipline throughout the entire IFA organization.
• 12–20 years of progressive experience in wealth management / asset management with a specific focus on the IFA / independent advice channel.
• Proven and verifiable P&L responsibility for an IFA business line generating ≥ €1M in revenues.
• Extensive personal network among influential independent advisors, platforms, and family offices in key markets.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing IFA sales teams across various countries.
• Strong understanding of IFA economics, regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, etc.), platform dynamics, and digital tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills – confident on stage at large IFA events and during private dinners with top advisors.
• University degree (master’s/MBA preferred); additional qualifications such as CFA, CIIA, Certified Financial Planner, or similar are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
