This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy encompassing paid, organic, email, and lifecycle marketing.
• Act as the primary copywriter responsible for creating all advertisements, emails, landing pages, social media content, and product messaging.
• Conduct experiments, assess performance, and refine messaging as well as media effectiveness.
• Take full ownership of all growth initiatives from beginning to end—strategy, execution, and iteration.
• Manage acquisition, activation, and retention strategies, including messaging, positioning, funnel design, creative strategy, and media buying (budget, channel mix, optimization).
• 7–10+ years of experience in direct response copywriting along with performance and growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success as the lead copywriter for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Native-level proficiency in English (C2) with outstanding clarity, persuasive abilities, and storytelling skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of B2B sales funnels, buyer psychology, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Proactive, hands-on operator who is comfortable managing all aspects independently.
• Strong proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, etc.
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
• Bonus: certifications from Copyhackers, HubSpot, Google Ads.
