This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the overall growth performance across acquisition, retention, funnel efficiency, and sustainable scaling.
• Formulate and implement growth strategies encompassing paid media, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, creative testing, and customer experience.
• Direct and enhance paid media performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Establish and uphold structured experimentation roadmaps for various audiences, offers, funnels, landing pages, creative elements, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative team to establish testing priorities, brief high-performance concepts, and steer creative direction based on performance insights and customer data.
• Track MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, retention metrics, and other essential growth indicators to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Discover and prioritize new growth opportunities in acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention, and post-purchase experiences.
• Manage growth reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and conduct weekly performance reviews for leadership.
• Develop scalable systems, processes, and operational frameworks that support ongoing company growth.
• Over 6 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or acquisition leadership within rapidly growing DTC brands.
• Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling growth performance, with accountability for MER, CAC, LTV, and profitability.
• Extensive knowledge of paid media platforms, including Meta and Google, with experience managing substantial advertising budgets.
• Strong grasp of attribution, full-funnel strategy, subscription dynamics, lifecycle marketing, and retention performance.
• Proven experience in closely collaborating with Creative teams to enhance performance through testing, iteration, and content strategy.
• Highly analytical with exceptional strategic judgment, capable of translating complex data into clear decisions and actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth remote setting.
