• You will oversee the commercial success of Heartbeat AI across all markets where we operate, managing everything from the value proposition and pricing to the execution and scaling of successful initiatives.
• You will lead and develop a team in Germany while coordinating implementations across product, marketing, sales, operations, and our partner ecosystem.
• You will define the value proposition, bundling logic, and pricing for our portfolio, which includes hardware, software, energy, and services.
• You will refine our offerings by determining how they are packaged and monetized, as well as defining the next major product to be introduced to the market.
• You will enhance Heartbeat AI’s competitive positioning in each market by gaining insights into local competitors and adapting our value proposition accordingly.
• You will bridge product, marketing, and sales by establishing sales enablement, training, and gathering product requirements based on field feedback.
• You will be accountable for go-to-market launches and the performance following those launches.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial, go-to-market, or growth leadership positions with clear responsibility for business cases, pricing, and commercial outcomes, preferably in a scale-up environment.
• Proven experience in scaling offerings across multiple markets and knowledge of how to balance centralized commercial strategies with local market conditions.
• Expertise in designing value propositions and commercial models end-to-end, including pricing architecture, bundling and packaging logic, monetization design, and the unit economics that support them.
• Familiarity with competitive dynamics and the ability to translate market and competitor intelligence into more refined offerings.
• Experience leading go-to-market launches end-to-end and managing post-launch performance, covering areas from sales enablement and conversion to scaling commercially successful projects.
• A track record of close collaboration with marketing and sales functions, contributing to training and maintaining the feedback loop for product requirements from the field.
• Experience in conducting commercial negotiations with third-party vendors or partners, with the ability to take ownership of outcomes throughout the process.
• Proven leadership skills, including the development of go-to-market, commercial, or project management professionals, and the ability to uphold high execution standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities, with the ability to unite cross-functional teams and make timely decisions without losing momentum.
• Experience with complex B2C or B2B2C offerings in energy technology, hardware-plus-software, or related categories is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (C1/C2), with German being a plus but not mandatory.
