• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop the long-term financial strategy for Offchain, ensuring our fiscal plans are in sync with ambitious growth objectives and the evolution of our ecosystem.

• Capital & Treasury Stewardship: Direct intricate treasury management and capital allocation strategies, enhancing liquidity and managing risk within a rapidly growing, digital-asset-focused environment.

• Institutionalize Governance: Create enterprise-wide standards for financial reporting, audit preparedness, and internal controls, transforming the finance department into a cornerstone of institutional credibility.

• Executive Partnership: Act as a key advisor to the executive team, delivering data-driven insights and financial models that facilitate high-stakes decision-making and business model enhancement.

• Organizational Scaling: Design and execute a scalable financial technology framework and data infrastructure that automates standard reconciliations and offers real-time insights into global performance.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Spearhead impactful, cross-departmental projects—from M&A activities to intricate tax structuring—ensuring that all workstreams adhere to the highest standards of financial accuracy.

• Proven Executive Tenure: Over 10 years of progressive finance leadership, with substantial experience in scaling operations within high-growth technology sectors.

• High-Agency Leadership: Demonstrated experience in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up.

• Advanced Financial Architecture: Expertise in complex financial modeling, with the capacity to distill multifaceted data sets into clear, actionable narratives for executives.

• Operational Excellence: Ability to impose structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without compromising the agility necessary for a scaling startup.
