This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and nurture a team of field and event managers, setting team operational standards, and implementing departmental policies and procedures that ensure consistent event execution.
• Administer the events and field marketing budget, assisting in planning and forecasting activities while monitoring expenditures across programs in accordance with approved plans.
• Manage the comprehensive regional third-party event program from preparation and activation to follow-up and reporting, aimed at enhancing brand awareness, buyer engagement, and pipeline objectives.
• Develop and execute the owned field event program, adhering to established processes and playbooks to empower the field team to provide consistent, high-quality interactions.
• Create and lead an ongoing roadshow that enhances buyer and influencer comprehension of our product's unique value proposition across key markets.
• Collaborate with sales and go-to-market leadership to prioritize markets, generate account-level insights by territory, and formulate coordinated field plans.
• Partner with executives to craft in-person experiences that broaden relationships within target accounts.
• Work alongside internal thought leaders to construct content strategies that align with corporate messaging and positioning.
• Propel coordinated, multi-channel activations before and after each event to maximize impact.
• Analyze the performance of every event, pinpointing areas for enhancement and opportunities for acceleration based on outcomes.
• Generally requires a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Over 7 years of experience in event management and field marketing, including leading a team of individual contributors.
• Proven capability to establish scalable operational frameworks and guide teams through intricate, cross-functional programs.
• Strong analytical and data-centric approach, with experience utilizing marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to create engaging content and messaging for varied audiences.
• Experience in collaborating with global, remote teams and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required to support regional marketing events and initiatives.
