This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Enterprise Performance Office while delivering program management for the enterprise transformation portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors and business leaders to establish financial and operational objectives, track progress, and ensure accountability.
• Develop governance, reporting, and performance management frameworks for transformation initiatives.
• Create executive forums to facilitate decision-making, escalate portfolio risks, and eliminate execution obstacles.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of the transformation pipeline, which includes milestones, financial implications, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Work in partnership with contracting, strategic sourcing, category management, clinical/value analysis, member services, supplier relations, finance, technology, and other corporate functions.
• Assist in strategic initiatives that enhance member value, contract performance, operational efficiency, and financial health.
• Mentor senior leaders and promote transparency, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven history of delivering enterprise-wide transformation programs with quantifiable financial and operational results.
• An independent, objective, and data-informed approach.
• Capability to challenge assumptions and foster fact-based decision-making.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with a strong executive presence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to distill complex issues into straightforward actions.
• Leadership that balances accountability, collaboration, and coaching.
• Experience in leading a transformation office, PMO, or large program/project management office, or serving as a leader in enterprise transformation or performance improvement.
• Proven success in managing large-scale transformation, performance enhancement, or turnaround initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience in establishing governance, portfolio management, executive reporting, and performance management systems.
• Strongly preferred: experience in healthcare GPO, health systems, healthcare supply chain, or related healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of healthcare contracting, strategic sourcing, supplier management, member engagement, and implementation processes.
• Strong operational and financial insight, including the assessment of business cases, financial outcomes, and organizational trade-offs.
• Ability to influence senior executives, foster alignment across functions, and drive execution through others.
• Experience managing multiple interrelated initiatives while balancing strategic priorities, organizational capacity, and measurable business results.
• Capability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt, shift priorities rapidly, and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and electronically.
