This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of the ecosystem marketing strategy.
• Manage the positioning and understanding of Alpen EVM among partners and the wider ecosystem.
• Create a coherent narrative and brand strategy that aligns with partnership and distribution objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies that attract inbound interest from relevant ecosystem stakeholders.
• Ensure that marketing initiatives are closely aligned with the business development pipeline and partnership KPIs.
• Lead the production of impactful content, including reports, thought leadership pieces, and ecosystem narratives.
• Build upon successful content formats to consistently generate inbound interest and increase awareness.
• Convert intricate technical concepts into engaging, ecosystem-relevant stories.
• Identify and prioritize key conferences, events, and channels.
• Scale content formats that effectively drive inbound interest and foster ecosystem engagement.
• Promote strategic involvement in key moments that are crucial for ecosystem growth.
• Collaborate closely with business development to comprehend distribution and partnership objectives.
• Transform those objectives into potent marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Oversee inbound demand and ecosystem visibility, while business development manages partner relationships and deal execution.
• Provide a strong perspective on how Alpen should approach the market within the ecosystem.
• Continuously enhance positioning, channels, and programs based on performance results.
• Ecosystem / Partnership-Oriented Marketing: Proven experience in driving growth through partnerships, platforms, or ecosystem strategies.
• Strategic + Hands-On: Capable of defining strategy and executing directly within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Positioning & Narrative Skills: Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive market narratives.
• Content-Led Growth: Experience in building content engines that generate inbound interest (such as reports and thought leadership).
• Industry Presence: Strong intuition regarding industry moments, events, and distribution channels that impact targeted partner segments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A strong cross-functional collaborator, engaging with business development, leadership, and technical teams to shape strategy and achieve results.
• Bonus Experience: Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or developer ecosystems.
• Established relationships within relevant media, conferences, or ecosystem players.
• Background in working with infrastructure or protocol-level products.
