Head of Digital – Co-Founder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume technical and strategic responsibility for the digital portfolio: web design, AI-driven solutions for SMEs, paid ad campaigns, as well as data protection and cybersecurity.

• Manage, enhance, and technically maintain existing customer websites.

• Develop and implement new web projects.

• Design and execute paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.

• Advise SMEs on AI-driven digital solutions.

• Ensure data protection and cybersecurity standards are met in customer projects.

• Lead the digital team and plan for its future expansion.

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the new subsidiary.

• Build team and processes in the digital sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of relevant professional experience in web design, digital marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in at least two areas: web development/design, paid ads, AI applications, data protection, or cybersecurity.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.

• Experience in customer support and project management.

• Ideally, some leadership experience.
