
Head of Digital and Growth Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design and lead the strategic roadmap for all digital channels, lifecycle initiatives, demand programs, growth experiments, and website strategy.
• Prioritize efforts to optimize acquisition, activation, adoption, and expansion across our enterprise, mid-market, and SME segments.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on outcomes and performance metrics.
• Support commercial acquisition and growth strategies through ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Cultivate a culture of experimentation: formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and scale successful approaches.
• Partner with a variety of experts to establish activation, engagement, and expansion strategies.
• Oversee the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, encompassing automation, analytics, and integrations.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and external development resources to effectively implement website and stack execution.
• Lead a small, impactful in-house team focused on Demand, Website, and Operations.
• Over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership positions.
• Proven track record in scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at a large scale (B2B or PLG).
• Demonstrated experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagement strategies.
• Experience in managing marketing technology stacks, including CMS, automation, analytics, or leading technical teams.
• A strategic thinker capable of transforming data into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to coordinate contractors or agencies efficiently.
