This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for conceptualizing, executing, and managing the content strategy.

• Collaborate with your team to create innovative formats and substantial content.

• Offer insights that enable individuals to become ETF investors.

• Enhance justETF's brand visibility.

• Lead a team of specialists in social media, editorial, and design while fostering the professional growth of your team members.

• Implement a working methodology that is both imaginative and data-informed across your teams.

• Refine the content strategy for optimal effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in marketing, communications, business administration, economics, or a related discipline.

• Several years of professional experience in content marketing, social media, or journalism, preferably with an emphasis on finance/banking, fintech, and/or economics.

• Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective content strategies, along with strong conceptual abilities, creativity, and the willingness to explore new methods.

• Above-average comprehension of financial markets and economic interrelations.

• Extensive experience in both functional and disciplinary team leadership, as well as successfully managing intricate projects.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and succinctly, in both written and spoken form.
