Content Processing Specialist – Content Moderation, Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and moderate reviews and comments on the client’s applications and platforms, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and policies.

• Evaluate user feedback to make timely and informed decisions regarding moderation or escalation of issues.

• Proactively monitor and interact with customer reviews, comments, mentions, and more across various platforms, demonstrating strong judgment, contextual awareness, and maintaining the appropriate brand tone, while delivering clear and helpful responses regarding the client’s products.

• Engage with potential customers through public replies, chat, email, direct messages, and app store review sections.

• Swiftly identify trends or issues within customer communications (including text, memes, or media), while staying updated on current social media and app store terminology to share insights with the team.

• Collaborate closely with the client to ensure their app communities remain safe and aligned with brand values and user guidelines.

• Maintain ongoing communication with your manager to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.

• Manage public and private customer care concerns across social platforms.

• Contribute to maintaining consistent quality across shifts (in tone, accuracy, and decision-making).


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Access to a personal PC/laptop equipped with a functional webcam.

• A conducive home working environment with a reliable internet connection.

• At least 2 years of experience in moderation, community management, customer experience support, or digital customer service.

• Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (friendly, clear, and socially attuned).

• General knowledge and interest in various social media platforms.

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule.

• Composed under pressure and confident in high-visibility comment sections.

• Organized, accountable, and reliable.
