Head of Communications – Brand Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the narrative for Noho Labs.

• Develop and enhance Noho’s primary messaging.

• Simplify complex topics such as peptides, longevity, hormone health, recovery, compounding, telehealth, and clinical care into accessible language that builds trust.

• Establish messaging foundations which include positioning, boilerplate, founder narrative, FAQs, patient education, launch messaging, and internal talking points.

• Produce content across various formats: website copy, blog articles, patient education materials, emails, social media posts, press releases, founder writings, creator briefs, launch copy, and recruitment content.

• Formulate and implement Noho’s media strategy targeting health, wellness, business, technology, pharmaceuticals, longevity, and lifestyle media.

• Recognize and cultivate relationships with appropriate journalists, podcasts, newsletters, creators, and industry influencers.

• Draft pitches, handle inbound and outbound media opportunities, prepare executives for interviews, and develop briefing materials.

• Assist with launches, partnerships, research updates, clinical milestones, funding announcements, and sensitive communications.

• Shape the communication style of Noho’s founder and leadership team across LinkedIn, X, podcasts, interviews, essays, panels, and speaking engagements.

• Transform leadership concepts into concise, impactful content that enhances credibility.

• Identify timely subjects where Noho should express a viewpoint on topics including peptide medicine, patient safety, telehealth, compounding, longevity, and personalized care.

• Manage Noho’s social media presence across relevant platforms.

• Create content that educates, fosters trust, and positions Noho as a category-defining brand.

• Keep track of trends in longevity, peptides, wellness, fitness, hormone health, GLP-1s, health technology, and patient communities.

• Spot timely opportunities to engage in conversations and recognize when to abstain.

• Develop Noho’s strategy for influencers and creators in health, fitness, longevity, wellness, medicine, and lifestyle sectors.

• Identify credible creators, practitioners, educators, podcasters, and community voices that can influence patient understanding.

• Oversee outreach, briefs, approvals, content quality, and performance tracking.

• Forge partnerships that are authentic, educational, and aligned with the brand.

• Establish repeatable processes for content planning, media tracking, influencer outreach, social publishing, executive communications, and reporting.

• Construct the communications calendar and ensure that company events are effectively planned and executed.

• Provide structure without hindering the company's pace.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in communications, PR, brand marketing, content strategy, social media, or related fields.

• Outstanding writing skills with a keen sense of taste, precision, and voice.

• Experience in crafting or refining a company narrative, preferably in healthcare, health tech, wellness, longevity, telehealth, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or another complex field.

• Capability to clarify clinical or scientific topics.

• Ability to balance creativity with credibility.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with founders and executives.

• Proficient in developing strategy and composing posts, pitches, briefs, launch copy, or talking points.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.

• Able to work quickly, generate ideas, identify risks, and function effectively without perfect direction.
