This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the commercial strategy and its implementation across North America.
• Drive the pursuit of capital equipment and project opportunities via lengthy, technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Navigate intricate customer organizations that encompass engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership to foster alignment and achieve successful results.
• Establish and nurture enduring client relationships that yield repeat business throughout the lifespan of installed equipment.
• Lead the launch and positioning of new equipment segments within the region.
• Contribute to the evolution of commercial models as regional growth strategies develop.
• Convert technical capabilities and operational benefits into persuasive commercial solutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams, integrating market intelligence and customer insights into strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while promoting strategic account growth.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within capital equipment, mineral processing, or heavy industrial OEM sectors.
• Direct experience with physical separation technologies such as Gravity Separation, Magnetic Separation, or Electrostatic Separation.
• Proven track record of selling capital equipment and securing capital projects through extended sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Strong commercial insight combined with enough technical knowledge to engage effectively with engineers, metallurgists, and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate long-term customer relationships that lead to repeat business and strategic alliances.
• Preferred: Experience in developing commercial processes, sales frameworks, or go-to-market strategies within a growing or expanding region.
• Background in engineering, technical fields, or industry-specific knowledge relevant to mineral processing, industrial equipment, or related areas.
• Experience in introducing new technologies or product lines into established markets.
