This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture strategy encompassing enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, Azure cloud platforms, enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI enablement.
• Create scalable architectural patterns that enhance digital experiences for customers and employees across CRM, web, mobile, communications, and operational platforms.
• Establish standards for enterprise engineering and platform operations, covering APIs, integrations, cloud services, observability, reusable services, technical design patterns, and platform reliability.
• Advocate for reusable enterprise capabilities and scalable platform methodologies that expedite delivery and minimize technical fragmentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology leadership on the direction of enterprise technology, modernization priorities, and decisions regarding technical investments.
• Take ownership of and advance the enterprise integration and platform strategy, which includes APIs, middleware, orchestration, interoperability, and event-driven architecture.
• Provide guidance on architecture and engineering across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/F&O preferred), ERP, CRM, operational systems, digital platforms, and third-party ecosystems.
• Enhance observability, resiliency, monitoring, supportability, and overall enterprise reliability.
• Assist in the modernization of legacy systems and the development of synchronization methods into scalable, maintainable cloud-native frameworks.
• Collaborate with leaders in Digital Solution Delivery, ERP, and Infrastructure to facilitate scalable digital experiences through reusable enterprise services and shared data models.
• Implement pragmatic practices for enterprise data governance that enhance trust, quality, consistency, accessibility, and usability of enterprise data without imposing unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Create reliable enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI-ready architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure data services.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, platform engineering, integration engineering, cloud technologies, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience as a principal architect, enterprise platform leader, or in a comparable senior technical leadership position.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services, including identity management, platform scalability, enterprise integration, observability, and security.
• Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (CE and/or F&O preferred), ERP/CRM integration patterns, and enterprise modernization strategies.
• Experience in building digital backbones that incorporate APIs, customer and employee experiences, CRM ecosystems, workflow orchestration, identity management, customer data, omnichannel connectivity, and reusable enterprise services.
• Profound expertise in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, cloud-native systems, and enterprise interoperability.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Services, and the enablement of analytics and AI-ready architectures.
