Head of Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analytics function within the studio and establish the strategic vision for product and marketing analytics.

• Enhance and refine analytical tools and methodologies, uncover growth prospects, elevate the quality of metric utilization, and ensure analytics are practical and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and advance analytics processes: standardize methods for data collection, metric interpretation, experiment assessment, and forecasting.

• Establish and refine A/B testing and experimentation methodologies from inception to conclusion, ensuring reliable outcomes and well-informed decisions.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams, translating data into actionable insights and assisting in setting product priorities.

• Foster a data-driven culture across the studio, enhance the maturity of analytical approaches, and reinforce the significance of metrics in product and marketing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead Analytics or Head of Analytics in mobile game development, demonstrating active participation in product and business decision-making.

• At least 3 years of experience in product analytics within the mobile gaming industry.

• Experience at the convergence of product and marketing analytics, including traffic quality assessment, economic efficiency analysis, and impact evaluation on product performance.

• A comprehensive understanding of advertising, hybrid, and in-app monetization models.

• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics.

• Extensive experience with A/B testing methodologies.

• Technical expertise necessary to manage metrics and analytics systems, as well as to collaborate effectively with technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical insights clearly and systematically.

• Fluent in Russian.
