Head of Analyst Relations

📋 Description

• Develop and spearhead strategic analyst relations initiatives.

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with leading analyst firms.

• Direct analyst strategies for significant company and product events.

• Create and refine analyst materials for briefings.

• Take ownership of the strategy, preparation, and execution of analyst evaluations.

• Convert analyst feedback into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with analysts to produce content that aligns with AEO program objectives.

• Assess the effectiveness of analyst relations activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in analyst relations.

• Proven experience in establishing or scaling analyst relations programs.

• Capability to set strategies and influence senior leadership.

• Experience in managing analyst evaluations and research processes.

• Strong history of transforming analyst insights into clear recommendations.

• Proven ability to forge trusted cross-functional partnerships.

• Deep understanding of enterprise technology and AI messaging.

• Exceptional communication, judgment, and program management skills.

• Background in AI, enterprise software, SaaS, telematics, or fleet technology.

• International market experience, particularly in regions like the UK and Mexico, is an advantage.
