This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes and pinpoint AI opportunities

• Create scalable AI architectures, particularly those based on LLM solutions

• Develop comprehensive use cases—from proof of concept to production

• Define and manage architectures for contemporary AI systems

• Establish industry best practices for MLOps and LLMOps

• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions

• Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into existing enterprise frameworks

• Lead transformation and change initiatives

• Implement monitoring, drift detection, and retraining systems

• Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of production AI systems

• Build and nurture an AI-centric team

• Serve as a thought leader in the field of Enterprise AI

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in delivering AI and ML solutions within enterprise settings

• Strong consulting mindset with a background in client-facing roles

• Solid expertise in Data Science and Machine Learning

• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps

• Knowledge of RAG architectures, agent systems, and modern AI methodologies

• Proficient programming skills in Python

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow

• Experience with at least one hyperscaler cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into complex system architectures
