This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the vision, roadmap, and implementation of the Smart Marketing Engine and ContinuumGlobal’s innovative Agentic AI Platform.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-year product roadmap.
• Assess product investments based on client demands, market dynamics, AI capabilities, and overall business value.
• Analyze emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks.
• Define and evaluate product success through metrics related to adoption, client results, operational efficiency, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to transform successful AI solutions into scalable offerings.
• Oversee the design, construction, testing, and deployment of AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Set standards for AI governance, quality assurance, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Deliver enterprise-level AI solutions in conjunction with AI engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams.
• Convert business and marketing challenges into scalable technological solutions.
• Work alongside the Head of Strategy on AI operating models, client recommendations, and implementation strategies.
• Support client engagements with product leadership, technical expertise, and executive-level thought leadership.
• Represent the product vision to Fortune 500 clients.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on AI products and platforms.
• Encourage intellectual curiosity, rigorous execution, and a client-centric approach.
• Align product priorities with company growth objectives across engineering, client services, sales, and leadership.
• Meet established success milestones at 90 days, six months, and one year.
• Over 10 years of experience in leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations, showcasing a proven history of building and scaling AI-driven products or platforms.
• Profound understanding of generative AI, agentic systems, large language models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, strategy, customer success, and sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to convert complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and articulate them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Fortune 500 organizations and navigating enterprise software implementations, including procurement, security, and compliance criteria.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities.
• Must have work authorization in the US that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.
• Nice-to-have: experience in marketing technology, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with email and CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and engagement marketing technology.
• Nice-to-have: experience in developing AI products within regulated or high-compliance enterprise settings.
