Head of AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a unified AI operational framework for the organization.

• Create internal tools independently.

• Take charge of the existing prompt library and enhance it significantly.

• Determine how AI will be utilized by designers, developers, product managers, and researchers.

• Set guidelines on when AI should be utilized and how the outputs are assessed.

• Design and facilitate AI onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for current teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of practical experience as a UX/UI Designer.

• Capability to independently create integrations with AI model APIs (Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini).

• Experience in implementing AI solutions within a team or organization.

• A methodical approach to prompt engineering.

• Technical stack: Claude / GPT-4o / Gemini, Cursor or Copilot, automation tools (Make, n8n, or similar).

• Proficient in English (C1 level or higher) in both written and spoken forms.
