Head of AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be our first dedicated AI professional.

• You will report directly to the management team.

• Architect, develop, and manage MultiBase’s digital workforce.

• Design the AI agent architecture for MultiBase: determining the necessary agents, their functions, their interactions, and their scalability.

• Construct and implement AI agents that perform real tasks: handling HR workflows, business development, administration, reporting, knowledge management, and quality assurance.

• Create AI-enhanced products, including our new platform and additional offerings.

• Assist our BI team in increasing their efficiency by integrating AI tools into their delivery processes, achieving a 3–5x improvement.

• Operate and sustain the digital workforce: monitor, refine, expand, and document all processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in building AI systems for production environments.

• Extensive expertise with LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, n8n, or similar).

• Proficient in Python; comfortable working with APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools (like OpenClaw, Claude Code & Cowork, Cursor, or comparable tools).

• You have successfully launched genuine AI products or agent systems—beyond mere prototypes.

• A systems thinker: capable of designing an AI agent architecture rather than just constructing individual bots.

• You work quickly, efficiently, and independently, requiring minimal supervision.

• Outstanding communication skills: proactive, organized, and clear. You ensure consistent updates and take full ownership of results, not just tasks.
