This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define, uphold, and advance Equiniti's Agile operating model, standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Serve as the Centre of Excellence for Agile delivery throughout product lines and delivery teams.
• Advocate for Agile values, principles, and behaviors within the organization.
• Spearhead the evolution and adoption of Agile 2.0.
• Lead and nurture the Agile Practitioner team.
• Establish learning pathways, coaching frameworks, communities of practice, and development programs.
• Collaborate with leaders, RTEs, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to enhance Agile maturity, team effectiveness, and delivery results.
• Drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost predictability, quality, and efficiency.
• Utilize delivery data, flow metrics, team health insights, and feedback to pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness, minimizing delivery friction, and improving flow.
• Define and track measures of Agile effectiveness.
• Develop and advocate for Agile governance frameworks that ensure transparency, accountability, and control.
• Enhance delivery processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Portfolio leaders, RTEs, and Scrum Masters to achieve transformation and delivery excellence.
• Assist in the transition from conventional Agile frameworks to AI-enabled software delivery.
• Facilitate the adoption of AI-enabled practices, workflows, and operational models.
• Identify obstacles to change, promote continuous improvement, and instill sustainable working methods.
• Proven experience in spearheading Agile practices, Agile Centres of Excellence, Agile transformations, or delivery excellence initiatives.
• Experience in implementing and scaling Agile frameworks across various teams, programs, or value streams.
• Demonstrated capability in embedding new working methods within complex organizations.
• A history of enhancing delivery effectiveness, predictability, quality, and team performance through Agile methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and influencing leaders and delivery teams at all organizational levels.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in product-led or customer-centric environments.
• Expertise in measuring Agile maturity, delivery effectiveness, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influence.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational development abilities.
• Relevant Agile certification such as SAFe SPC, RTE, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or an equivalent qualification.
• Desirable: experience in leading enterprise-scale Agile transformations.
• Desirable: experience in implementing delivery metrics, dashboards, and improvement initiatives.
• Desirable: knowledge of Product Operating Models and Value Stream organizations.
• Desirable: experience in establishing Agile training and certification programs.
• Desirable: experience in regulated environments.
• Desirable: understanding of OKRs and outcome-based planning.
• Strong comprehension of AI-assisted software delivery, agentic workflow design, prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and coaching teams in AI-enabled methodologies.
