This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Define and implement the engagement strategy for the Sandringham advisory relationship in alignment with M&G Advice priorities.
• Convert the strategy into actionable plans and ensure disciplined execution.
• Foster relationships with advisers, assess their needs, and develop tailored proposals.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex relationship challenges.
• Enhance adviser engagement across platform, investment, and tax solutions.
• Oversee the adviser engagement plan, which includes adviser events and communications.
• Propel inflows and net flow growth through targeted adviser engagement initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, clients, partnerships, products, and services.
• Develop strategies to capitalize on new commercial opportunities.
• Support campaigns, events, and local initiatives.
• Collaborate with M&G Advice, Platform, MPS, and broader UKI teams.
• Influence stakeholders by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
• Represent Sandringham at industry events and forums.
• Monitor relationship performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Utilize MI and adviser insights to guide strategy and decision-making.
• Maintain precise CRM data and ensure high-quality reporting.
• Cultivate an understanding of company products, industry competition, and market positioning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Enhance processes, tools, and methods of working.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Strong leadership in relationship management and senior-level stakeholder engagement.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver commercially viable solutions.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and generating insights.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK financial advice market, including platforms, MPS, investments, and tax wrappers.
• Proven success in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of adviser operating models and back-office operations.
• Experience in driving lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Familiarity with governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Commercially savvy and results-oriented.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability and resilience.
• Collaborative, credible, and focused on client needs.
• Strong presentation and consultative skills.
• Relevant financial services qualifications such as FPC, AFPC, or ACII are advantageous.
