This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Advisory Business.
• Define and implement the multiyear strategy for the Advisory service line.
• Establish the operational model, investment priorities, annual goals, and management rhythm for the business.
• Integrate the four advisory disciplines into a unified, market-facing organization.
• Decide where the practice will invest, differentiate, scale, or rationalize its capabilities.
• Balance immediate commercial performance with long-term capability enhancement.
• Lead the 3Cloud AI Agenda.
• Define the enterprise vision and business purpose for 3Cloud AI.
• Translate the company's AI strategy into well-defined internal priorities and market-facing value propositions.
• Set priorities for AI-enabled offerings, internal enablement, executive messaging, and go-to-market activation.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across Advisory, Data and AI, Sales, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations.
• Assist executive clients in addressing AI strategy, operational models, governance, use-case prioritization, adoption, and value realization.
• Ensure AI initiatives are based on measurable business outcomes rather than solely on technology experimentation.
• Drive Growth and Commercial Performance.
• Take ownership of Advisory performance metrics including bookings, revenue, margin, pipeline quality, and forecast accuracy.
• Sponsor significant pursuits, strategic proposals, and priority-account growth initiatives.
• Strengthen executive relationships and position 3Cloud as a trusted transformation advisor.
• Enhance the creation, qualification, and conversion of advisory-led opportunities.
• Boost downstream revenue influenced by Advisory and AI-led engagements.
• Align market messaging with the firm's actual capabilities and delivery strengths.
• Build a Differentiated Offering Portfolio.
• Define a distinct portfolio of entry-point diagnostics, strategic advisory offerings, and transformation programs.
• Ensure offerings are unique, commercially viable, repeatable, and aligned with market demand.
• Strengthen the link between advisory offerings and downstream implementation or managed-services opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of reusable methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, and intellectual property.
• Rationalize offerings that are lacking in market relevance, scalability, differentiation, or economic value.
• Integrate AI into the portfolio where it significantly enhances client outcomes and competitive positioning.
• Develop the Leadership Team and Organization.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the Advisory leadership team.
• Set clear expectations for vice presidents, senior directors, directors, and other practice leaders.
• Build organizational depth and lessen reliance on a small number of individual leaders.
• Evaluate succession risk and cultivate a robust internal leadership pipeline.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, development, promotion, and leadership deployment.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, inclusion, innovation, and measurable client impact.
• Create Cross-Functional Alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales to shape account strategies, pursuits, executive entry points, and growth priorities.
• Work with Architecture and Solutions to enhance the transition from strategic advisory to solution definition.
• Partner with Delivery to improve scope realism, engagement handoffs, transformation continuity, and execution quality.
• Collaborate with Data and AI leaders to align AI strategy, market messaging, technical capability, and client delivery.
• Work with Operations to improve forecasting, staffing, governance, performance reporting, and business discipline.
• Resolve organizational friction that hampers growth, execution quality, or client outcomes.
• Establish Governance and Operating Discipline.
• Implement scalable operating reviews, portfolio governance, and performance-management processes.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators across financial performance, client impact, talent, practice maturity, and AI activation.
• Monitor portfolio quality, staffing effectiveness, utilization, client satisfaction, and systemic execution risk.
• Take corrective actions when growth, quality, talent, or operational effectiveness deviates from the target.
• Build the systems and management mechanisms necessary for scaling without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, mathematics, finance, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• Twenty or more years of relevant experience in management consulting, advisory services, enterprise transformation, technology consulting, professional services, or related executive leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in leading a consulting practice, service line, business unit, or a comparable organization with responsibility for revenue, growth, margin, talent, and operations.
• Proven success in building and scaling consulting offerings, leadership teams, commercial strategies, and operational mechanisms.
• A strong track record of executive client leadership, business development, strategic pursuit sponsorship, and account expansion.
• Experience in leading integrated strategy-to-execution consulting models.
• Strong understanding of the business, operational model, governance, workforce, and transformation implications of AI.
• Experience in shaping or scaling an enterprise AI agenda, AI-enabled service line, or a market-facing AI growth platform.
• Familiarity with business transformation enabled by cloud, data, AI, digital platforms, experience design, organizational change, and managed services.
• Experience within a leading consulting firm, transformation advisory organization, technology services company, or large professional-services business.
• Exceptional executive presence, commercial judgment, communication skills, and enterprise leadership capability.
