This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate the Key Account Management LATAM team by establishing strategic objectives and enhancing overall performance.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with key merchants, improving the quality of every client interaction.
• Propel revenue growth by pinpointing new business opportunities and utilizing market and competitive insights.
• Develop and implement account strategies aimed at long-term client retention and growth.
• Collaborate across various functions including Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making, monitor performance, and enhance outcomes.
• Mentor and nurture team members, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Over 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management, preferably within the payments or fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams with international clients.
• Strong grasp of payment technologies, financial services, and relevant industry regulations.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of tailoring messages for a merchant CEO or an internal engineering team.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and making decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
