HCM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of HCM analysts and developers.

• Take ownership of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud projects, enhancements, and production support.

• Oversee configuration, development, and integration workstreams.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance leaders on strategic system initiatives.

• Collect and evaluate HR business requirements.

• Design and configure modules within Oracle HCM Cloud.

• Transform business processes into scalable system solutions.

• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and UAT cycles.

• Create, develop, and uphold Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, data interfaces, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.

• Develop and build Oracle HCM integrations utilizing OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Create and execute data loads using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and data conversion tools.

• Direct data migration strategies.

• Supervise code/configuration design, unit testing, SIT, UAT support, deployment, and release management.

• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates through impact analysis, regression testing, and fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.

• More than 5 years in a techno-functional or heavily development-oriented role.

• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

• Practical experience with Fast Formulas.

• Practical experience with HCM Extracts and HDL.

• Practical experience with BI Publisher and OTBI.

• Practical experience with integrations using OIC and APIs.

• Experience in leading projects and managing technical teams.
