• Strategy & Planning; Collaborating with internal stakeholders and client decision-makers to determine system requirements, project scope, and business objectives.
• Assessing and analyzing the effectiveness of current HRIS and payroll systems, and recommending enhancements.
• Ensuring interoperability and compatibility among various in-house and client-facing applications.
• Business Analysis & Design; Creating functional specifications and documentation for new system features and improvements.
• Converting business requirements into technical solutions through comprehensive process mapping, data modeling, and system documentation.
• Conducting gap analysis and proposing optimization strategies tailored to client needs.
• Implementation & Deployment; Leading or supporting the configuration, testing, and deployment of new HRIS modules and system updates.
• Collaborating with technical teams to carry out system implementations, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines.
• Performing system and integration testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Delivering client training, end-user assistance, and documentation.
• Client Engagement & Support; Serving as the primary point of contact during implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Establishing strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and post-implementation support.
• Monitoring and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, and tracking resolutions to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience with HRIS and/or Payroll systems (implementation, support, or consulting).
• Familiarity with or experience using Rippling is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in creating system documentation, workflows, and specifications.
• Knowledge of industry compliance requirements (FLSA, ACA, etc.) is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be necessary based on client requirements.
