This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the activities conducted by the high cost drug audit program to ensure precision.
• Conduct quality assessments of coding audits.
• Provide guidance and support to staff within the HCD program.
• Create feedback sessions for auditors regarding audit findings.
• Recognize general training needs and trends.
• At least 5 years of pertinent experience in high cost drug coding.
• CPC Coding Certification is preferred.
• Pharmacy Tech Certification is preferred.
• Proficient skills in HCD coding.
• Experience in Payment Integrity, particularly in identifying overpayment issues for HCD/Infusion products.
• Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
• Solid technical knowledge with a quick aptitude for learning new systems.
• Exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Capability to complete tasks efficiently and resolve issues within deadlines.
• Ability to mentor and instruct others.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capacity to work both collaboratively in a team setting and independently as required.
• Proven flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
• Must be able to operate under deadlines and utilize independent decision-making skills across a range of scenarios.
• Requires a high level of accuracy in carrying out varied responsibilities.
• Proficient personal computer skills are necessary; self-motivation is essential to complete tasks promptly and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Up to 10% annual travel.
