This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a thorough review of Sales Orders for precision and process Sales Orders and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) using NetSuite, while prioritizing urgency across various hardware distributors.
• Collaborate with the logistics provider to facilitate the shipment of products from inventory within the Third Party Logistics (3PL) system.
• Update the shipment status in NetSuite and SalesForce based on shipping information from the 3PL system.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, guaranteeing that orders are dispatched within one business day.
• Oversee shipping operations from different service providers, depending on inventory availability.
• Analyze data to detect trends in hardware and distributor performance, utilizing insights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work in partnership with internal teams and Business Unit support teams to uncover opportunities for improving support services.
• Display composure, resilience, and adaptability when responding to changing customer requirements and varying ticket volumes.
• Employ various systems, applications, and procedures to accurately address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with Business Units, customers, and third-party vendors as necessary to fulfill sales orders.
• Protect and elevate our organizational reputation by consistently achieving or surpassing service quality metrics.
• Show flexibility in work hours to manage high-volume workloads or urgent requests.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned and requested.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in working within a CRM system, with experience in Salesforce being advantageous.
• Familiarity with payment terminals and providing technical support is beneficial.
• A background in ordering, distribution, or supply chain management is a plus.
