Gynecologist – IMLC License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care

• Complete necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches

• Keep precise, up-to-date patient records and ensure timely completion of charting

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and consideration

• Commit to at least 20 hours per week of patient-facing activities, including consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing when clinically appropriate

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active IMLC license or be in the process of obtaining one

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution

• Current national board certification in Gynecology

• At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist

• Experience managing chronic and complex women's health issues, including PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state

• Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity

• Natural aptitude for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment

• Dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research

• Proficient in working across various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools

• Previous telehealth experience is an advantage
