Guidance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone and chat-based assistance by performing thorough clinical evaluations and directing clients to suitable resources, including therapists, counselors, and relevant wellness services.

• Execute client assessments and implement coaching techniques to create customized health and wellness plans that encourage positive behavioral modifications.

• Ensure compliance with departmental protocols, industry standards, and specific client needs to guarantee adherence and the provision of high-quality service.

• Keep precise, comprehensive, and current records of all client interactions within the organization's internal database system.

• Remain updated on emerging trends, resources, and best practices in the behavioral health field to continually improve service delivery.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care and alignment with specific client service expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree or an equivalent graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health discipline from a recognized institution is mandatory.

• Candidates must fulfill all educational and experiential criteria for professional practice eligibility and/or licensure or registration with the relevant regulatory authority in their employment jurisdiction, where such licensure or registration is required by law or regulation.

• Professional working proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in an additional language such as Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, or Bengali is highly desirable.

• Preferred qualifications include recognized credentials or certifications in health or wellness coaching.

• Experience working in multicultural or international settings is preferred.

• Ability to provide client-centered support, exhibiting high levels of empathy, active listening, and coaching capabilities.

• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills paired with a robust service orientation.

• Ability to apply critical thinking and multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments.

• Capacity to manage sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

• A stable and reliable high-speed internet connection, along with a distraction-free, quiet workspace, is required.

• Must be able to appear on camera (video enabled) during training sessions, meetings, and/or work-related events.
