This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Acquire knowledge and effectively utilize reservation software (Firefly Reservations) to oversee bookings and maintain precise record-keeping.
• Follow up with residents regarding any unfinished checklist items and document essential information such as license plates, site service agreements, rent payments, and background checks.
• Manage phone calls during after-hours shifts, primarily from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM CST, as well as weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturdays and 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sundays CST.
• Oversee online listings on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook, responding swiftly to inquiries and emails to facilitate bookings and address customer concerns.
• Plan and implement Facebook advertising campaigns within a designated budget, which includes creating and managing ads, conducting A/B tests, and addressing inquiries generated through these advertisements.
• Use available downtime to connect with RV park owners from a supplied database, building partnerships and exploring potential collaboration opportunities.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in using reservation software and possessing basic computer skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Flexibility to work a shifting schedule.
• Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is advantageous.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
• Strong customer service orientation, with an emphasis on resident satisfaction.
• Skill in addressing resident concerns and managing inquiries promptly.
• Attention to detail for accurate resident data recording and effective advertising campaigns.
• Preferred experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience in RV park or property management (e.g., Airbnb) is beneficial but not obligatory.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
• Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends, with a Wednesday to Sunday workweek.
• Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek.
• Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home environment.
• Laptop or desktop that meets minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and i5 operating system.
• Reliable and high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS.
