This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of how the organization generates revenue, encompassing the entire journey from top-of-funnel acquisition to sales conversion, customer retention, and overall financial impact.
• Construct a complete overview of the revenue flow within the organization: Marketing → Sales → Customer Success → Financial outcomes.
• Assess funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention metrics to identify critical drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Track GTM KPIs and financial indicators, concentrating on the factors that affect growth and profitability.
• Design and sustain revenue and operational models (pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn/retention, unit economics).
• Assist in ongoing forecasts and executive reporting, ensuring clarity on performance relative to expectations.
• Perform variance analysis and deliver succinct explanations and recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare reporting for investors and the board, ensuring accurate portrayal of financial results and key business metrics.
• Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.
• Assess pricing, packaging, GTM investments, and strategic initiatives through quantitative impact evaluations.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance decision-making speed and improve execution.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite analysis, enhance reporting, and automate manual processes.
• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, finance, revops, analytics, or a related cross-functional role (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficient in modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of transforming complex information into clear insights.
• Familiarity with CRM/reporting systems, BI tools, and SQL is advantageous.
• Inquisitive, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of finance is beneficial — foundational knowledge of financial statements, SaaS economics, and modeling principles.
