GTM & Strategic Finance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create a comprehensive understanding of how revenue circulates within the organization: Marketing → Sales → Customer Success → Financial outcomes

• Evaluate funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention metrics to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities

• Track GTM KPIs and financial indicators, concentrating on the factors that affect growth and profitability

• Design and sustain revenue and operational models (pipeline, bookings, revenue, churn/retention, unit economics)

• Assist in ongoing forecasting and executive reporting, guaranteeing transparency into performance against expectations

• Perform variance analysis and deliver clear explanations and recommendations to leadership

• Prepare reports for investors and the board, ensuring accurate portrayal of financial outcomes and key business metrics

• Convert complex data into straightforward, actionable insights to aid strategic and operational decisions

• Assess pricing, packaging, GTM investments, and strategic initiatives through quantitative impact evaluations

• Collaborate across departments to speed up decision-making and enhance execution

• Utilize AI tools to expedite analysis, enhance reporting, and automate manual processes

• Identify opportunities to apply AI for forecasting, data processing, and operational enhancement

• Remain proactive in testing and integrating new AI capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in revops consulting, finance, analytics, or a related cross-functional position (SaaS experience preferred)

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; proficient in modeling and data interpretation

• Familiarity with CRM/reporting systems, BI tools, and SQL is advantageous

• Exceptional communication skills—capable of distilling complexity into simplicity

• Inquisitive, resourceful, and adept at functioning in dynamic environments

• Awareness of finance is a plus — basic understanding of financial statements, SaaS economics, and modeling principles.
