GTM & Strategic Finance Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the flow of revenue throughout the organization: Marketing → Sales → Customer Success → Financial outcomes.

• Evaluate funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention metrics to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

• Track GTM KPIs and financial indicators, emphasizing growth and profitability.

• Develop and oversee comprehensive operational models that encompass bookings, churn, and unit economics.

• Support regular forecasting and executive-level reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct variance analysis to provide management with clear insights and strategic recommendations.

• Prepare reports for investors and the board that accurately convey essential business metrics and financial health.

• Transform intricate data sets into straightforward recommendations for operational and strategic leadership.

• Assess the effects of pricing structures, product packaging, and strategic investments.

• Collaborate across various departments to enhance the speed and efficiency of business execution.

• Leverage AI technology to improve reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data analysis. Stay at the forefront by testing and incorporating new AI features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in RevOps, finance, consulting, or analytics, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with an emphasis on data interpretation and modeling.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information into clear narratives.

• A resourceful approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Proficiency in SQL, BI platforms, and CRM reporting systems.

• Fundamental understanding of SaaS economics, financial statements, and standard modeling principles.
