This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process across GTM functions, focusing primarily on Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers.
• Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder & CEO and GTM leadership to establish hiring priorities, define candidate profiles, create interview loops, and develop hiring scorecards.
• Actively source and connect with top-tier GTM talent through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Build robust recruiting pipelines in advance of urgent hiring needs.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
• Aid in refining and scaling Maxima’s recruiting infrastructure, processes, and systems.
• Monitor recruiting funnel metrics including conversion rates, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill.
• Cultivate a deep market understanding of high-performing SaaS GTM talent and the competitive hiring landscape.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers regarding talent quality, compensation expectations, and recruiting strategies.
• Assist with additional GTM and business hiring initiatives as Maxima continues to grow.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology firms.
• Demonstrated success in hiring high-performing GTM talent, including roles such as AE, BDR, SE, Marketing, Growth, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong grasp of contemporary SaaS GTM strategies across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sectors.
• Exceptional talent evaluation skills, able to recognize top performers beyond their résumés.
• Confident outbound recruiter who enjoys seeking out and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong communicator capable of effectively conveying Maxima’s narrative and generating excitement about the opportunity.
• Highly organized, responsive, and process-driven.
• Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong sense of ownership with a high level of urgency and follow-through.
