This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design an AI-centric revenue supply chain that ensures every decision point—from identifying prospects to closing deals and expanding—leverages intelligence, is enhanced by automation, and reduces busywork.
• Operate within Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and our data pipelines.
• Convert strategies from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders into actionable plans executed with precision and speed that no human team can achieve alone.
• Increase the number of closed deals, enhance ARR efficiency, strengthen NRR, and remove non-revenue-generating busywork for representatives.
• Approach challenges like a scientist and innovator, moving swiftly and taking bold actions to reconstruct what requires improvement.
• 2 to 5 years of practical experience in GTM Ops, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or a closely related technical position within a B2B SaaS company—demonstrating that you’ve implemented systems that drive results.
• Advanced HubSpot proficiency: managing complex workflows, data models, lifecycle logic, and addressing real operational challenges.
• Extensive experience with Clay: creating multi-step enrichment workflows, utilizing AI research agents (Claygents), and scaling data pipeline operations.
• Practical experience with Zapier for automating workflows throughout the GTM stack.
• Knowledge of call intelligence platforms (such as Attention or Gong) and integrating call outputs into CRM workflows.
• Comfortable with coding or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) to automate and integrate processes; you take ownership of the work, not just the tools.
• Data-driven mindset: prioritizing CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and attribution over features or tools.
• Capability to interpret strategic guidance from seasoned GTM leaders and create systems that support their objectives. While you may not have led a sales or marketing function, you must grasp their goals.
• Proven record of developing GTM systems that significantly enhanced pipeline volume, deal quality, or velocity.
• You are proactive, not a delegator. This role does not involve direct reports and is tailored for someone who thrives on building rather than managing.
• Options for remote and hybrid work along with flexible work hours.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits from day one.
• Competitive paid time off, including a winter shutdown from December 25 to January 1, special days for birthdays and Taliversaries, and extended weekends.
• Annual allocation of $2000 in "Knowledge Dollars" for learning, growth, and skill enhancement.
• Quarterly social events and company outings to foster team bonding beyond everyday tasks.
