📋 Description

• The GTM Financial Analyst – Salesforce Spiff Operations is tasked with the complete design, management, validation, reporting, and enhancement of Salesforce Spiff incentive programs.

• This position plays a critical role within Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, ensuring the precision and efficiency of incentive compensation workflows.

• The analyst will collaborate closely with GTM leadership to promote data integrity, refine compensation processes, aid in financial analysis, and enhance overall revenue performance in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Revenue Operations, or Sales Compensation.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting; experience with Salesforce Spiff is preferred.

• Solid financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, CAC, LTV, retention, and quota attainment.

• Ability to collaborate across various functions in a dynamic GTM environment.
