This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage Clay workflows that automatically research, enrich, and score over 121 target hospital accounts.
• Set up intent signals (Unify) and react to buying triggers—such as new CMIO hires, AI strategy announcements, and RFPs—within four hours using AI-personalized outreach.
• Create and refine Apollo outreach sequences; conduct A/B testing on messaging; monitor conversion rates by tier and channel.
• Establish the pre-conference outreach mechanism for ASTRO, HIMSS, and ACRO—aiming to schedule 15–25 meetings prior to each event.
• Produce AI-driven meeting preparation briefs and post-call follow-ups to ensure senior sales representatives focus on closing deals.
• Keep Salesforce as the primary reference point and provide weekly reports on successes, challenges, and changes.
• Record everything you develop to facilitate scalability of this function.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or growth—and you were the individual who built the systems, not merely utilized them.
• Proficient with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, or comparable go-to-market tools. You have configured workflows, not just run someone else's sequences.
• Systems-oriented thinker. You identify a manual process and immediately devise a strategy for its automation.
• Excellent writing skills. Your outreach appears as though a human conducted two hours of research—because an AI did, and you refined the message.
• Able to work independently in an early-stage company environment. You won’t be under close supervision.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare or health-tech—you understand what a CMIO is and how health system procurement functions.
• Bonus: Technical expertise beyond no-code tools: experience with SQL, Python, or APIs for custom data pipelines.
• Bonus: You have developed a go-to-market system from the ground up, not just managed one that was already established.
• Career advancement opportunities with the potential for rapid progression based on strong performance as the company grows.
• 100% employer-paid, comprehensive healthcare including medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
• Paid maternity and paternity leave for 14 weeks at the employee's regular pay rate.
• Unlimited PTO, subject to management approval.
• Opportunities for professional development and ongoing learning.
• Optional 401K, FSA, and equity incentives are available.
• Mental health benefits are accessible through Tara Mind.
