This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of a GTM Engineer, you will serve as the technical foundation of our go-to-market strategy: developing systems, automations, and data flows that enhance the efficiency, clarity, and scalability of Sales and Marketing.
• You will assess our entire revenue funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Close) and establish a robust system landscape that includes ownership, field logic, and process gates within HubSpot (or a comparable platform).
• Your responsibilities will involve implementing automations for routing, enrichment, sequences, follow-ups, reminders, deal stages, tasks, SLAs, and nurture tracks.
• You will integrate LLMs for various applications, such as lead scoring, meeting preparation, call summaries, email drafts, and more, while ensuring clear guardrails, quality checks, and logging are in place.
• Connecting our tools (CRM, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, calendars, forms, enrichment tools, etc.) via webhooks/APIs will be essential, allowing for automatic data flow and continuous GTM process execution.
• You will guarantee the reliability of our funnel data while tracking performance indicators for pipeline, conversion, and CAC/payback.
• A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience: for example, as a GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or in Sales Ops/Marketing Ops with a strong technical emphasis, or in a similar position in a B2B SaaS context.
• Autonomy in CRM: highly skilled in HubSpot (or Salesforce/similar), encompassing pipelines, properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, routing, and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of automation & APIs: familiar with webhooks, APIs, authentication (OAuth/keys), data models, and capable of reliably connecting tools.
• Understanding of AI: you possess the ability to effectively integrate LLMs into workflows (prompting, output validation, determinism strategies, failover, monitoring) — focusing on operational outputs rather than "playground" features.
• Product/system mindset: you design scalable systems with error management, clear standards, and maintainability, avoiding fragile one-off solutions.
• Proficiency in languages: excellent command of German and English (contextual understanding of German-speaking dental practices is crucial).
• Direct impact: you will create the revenue infrastructure that underpins our growth and directly observe how your systems influence pipeline and revenue.
• Close collaboration with the CEO and leadership within a rapidly growing healthtech startup supported by strong investors.
• Competitive compensation package (base salary plus optional performance-based component, depending on the setup).
• Modern office located in Berlin-Mitte, with hybrid work options available.
• Regular team events, shared learning opportunities, and substantial room for ownership.
• Membership in Urban Sports Club.
