GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance growth systems, tools, and workflows from the foundation up.

• Convert marketing, user, and product data into succinct, actionable insights for internal teams.

• Assist in creating data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, and reporting to enhance decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to prioritize and implement growth strategies.

• Aid in initiatives focused on onboarding, discoverability, trust, and conversion.

• Contribute to API, SDK, or relevant technical integration efforts.

• Conduct and assess experiments across product surfaces, landing experiences, or user pathways.

• Help link on-chain or wallet-level activities with broader growth and go-to-market strategies where applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in growth engineering, product growth, data science, growth analytics, or a similar technical position.

• Strong technical skills; confident in building, rather than just operating, no-code tools.

• Experience with consumer-oriented fintech, trading, brokerage, payments, or other data-intensive consumer products.

• Solid understanding of how to structure, analyze, and apply marketing and product data.

• Experience in building or working with data pipelines, experimentation frameworks, or analytics infrastructure.

• Ability to collaborate across growth, product, and engineering teams.

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership.

• Familiarity with crypto, digital assets, or on-chain activities is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience in front-end experimentation, conversion optimization, or growth product initiatives is a plus.

• Background in connecting technical systems to go-to-market or user acquisition strategies is a plus.
