This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Take ownership and expand the GTM Technology Stack.
• Act as the technical lead for Privy's GTM systems, utilizing Salesforce and Snowflake as foundational platforms.
• Design, construct, and manage integrations throughout the revenue stack, which includes marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment, customer data management, analytics, and AI tools.
• Develop scalable architectures that guarantee seamless data flow between systems and offer a unified source of truth for revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to enhance operational efficiency and business transparency.
• Create and Scale an AI-Powered Revenue Engine.
• Assess, implement, and operationalize AI-driven GTM tools across the revenue stack, such as prospecting assistants, AI SDR tools, conversation intelligence, pipeline analytics, enrichment, and marketing automation.
• Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to pinpoint opportunities where AI can expedite pipeline generation, enhance conversion rates, and minimize manual operational tasks.
• Design and execute AI-driven workflows and automations that improve lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, territory management, and campaign performance insights.
• Partner with Marketing to weave AI into email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, content creation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Establish internal frameworks and best practices that empower teams to safely and effectively utilize AI tools, ensuring strong governance, security, data quality, and measurable ROI.
• Continuously assess, test, and deploy new AI capabilities that enhance Privy's revenue intelligence and GTM effectiveness.
• Develop Agents, Skills, and Intelligent Automation.
• Design, construct, and sustain AI agents and skills that automate internal GTM workflows and boost team productivity.
• Create agent-driven processes for prospect research, lead qualification, enrichment, account planning, forecasting assistance, campaign execution, and customer intelligence.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify repetitive workflows that can be automated through AI agents and orchestration frameworks.
• Set standards, monitoring, and governance for AI agent performance, reliability, and business impact.
• Data, Reporting, and Revenue Intelligence.
• Build and maintain Snowflake-based data models that support GTM analytics, attribution, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and revenue intelligence tools that deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Establish scalable processes for data quality, enrichment, routing, and governance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct analyses that uncover bottlenecks, enhance conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
• Over 5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, Data Engineering, or a comparable technical GTM role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce administration, architecture, automation, and integration.
• Strong practical experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, SQL development, ETL workflows, and analytics.
• Experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents, AI workflows, skills, copilots, or agentic automation systems.
• Proven track record in evaluating and implementing AI-driven GTM tools and platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large-scale business datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain intricate integrations between business systems and data platforms.
• Familiarity with contemporary RevOps and MarTech tools, including enrichment, marketing automation, sales engagement, attribution, and analytics platforms.
• Strong systems-thinking approach with the capability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
