This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance total ARR contribution by developing the infrastructure that assists the Owner in identifying, routing, nurturing, converting, and retaining high-quality demand.
• Construct and refine billing systems, CPQ workflows, Salesforce synchronizations, RevOps integrations, data stacks, lifecycle marketing engines, and internal communication processes.
• Advance the Salesforce infrastructure towards a headless architecture, providing engineering and GTM teams with greater flexibility to build on it.
• Create a platform that empowers Growth, Sales, and Launch teams to implement AI throughout their funnels, making each stage quicker, smarter, and more efficient.
• Develop a cohesive lead funnel that integrates Growth, landing pages, Unified Sales Register, lifecycle messaging, and Sales and Launch workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Launch to enhance the growth engine's speed, clarity, and reliability.
• Establish instrumentation, dashboards, and an operational cadence that provides the team with real-time insights into what is effective, where leads are hesitating, and which strategies are driving trials and ARR.
• Over 4 years of experience in product management, engineering, and GTM roles.
• Proven ability to deliver results: you have a history of launching software that significantly impacts your customers.
• Strong product acumen: you possess a solid understanding of what constitutes a high-quality product and have firm opinions on successful solutions.
• Profound customer empathy: you are dedicated to assisting your customers and excel at conducting research to uncover their genuine needs.
• High data fluency: you effectively collect and integrate both quantitative and qualitative data to guide your decision-making and refine your intuition.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity: you ensure your goals are well-defined and demonstrate considerable independence in achieving them.
• Clear communication skills: you are a catalyst for clarity and alignment, ensuring everyone is informed and on the same page.
• Ability to manage technical complexity: you understand the overarching architecture of a product and its impact on customer experience, and you are comfortable discussing project scope and trade-offs with engineers.
