GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.

📋 Description

• Develop the outbound revenue framework for a cross-border payment platform

• Design automated systems for prospect research and outreach initiatives

• Create enriched data templates to facilitate personalized outreach

• Implement a sequencing automation system for follow-up communications

• Establish an experimentation infrastructure to promote continuous improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Apollo, SQL, Python, or TypeScript

• Commercially minded with a focus on return on investment (ROI)

• Inquisitive nature to explore problems in depth

• Experimental approach to testing and validation

• Patience for long-term development of systems

• Preferred: Experience in B2B fintech, payments, or cross-border finance

• Knowledge of African SME markets and experience with early-stage startups
