This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Design and develop AI-powered GTM agents that streamline deal intelligence, coaching for representatives, drafting communications, and scoring opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Convert GTM processes and business needs into effective technical systems, acting as a liaison between the revenue team’s requirements and the capabilities of technology.
• Architect and uphold the data infrastructure that supports GTM systems, including organizing folder structures, file pipelines, and data feeds categorized by sales managers and deal context.
• Create and sustain integrations across essential GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and Gong.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Operations to define, prioritize, and implement automation solutions that minimize manual tasks and enhance data quality.
• Lead the development of reusable skills and agents that empower the wider team to autonomously generate QBRs, forecast, and conduct deal reviews without the need for manual preparation.
• Set up governance and access protocols for GTM data, especially concerning Salesforce, to ensure security and scalability as connector access broadens.
• Work alongside the GTM engineering team as it expands, contributing to the establishment of standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering position.
• Practical experience in building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks – you have developed real AI-driven tools, not just experimented with them.
• Solid proficiency in Salesforce, including its data model, APIs, reporting, and permissions.
• Experience with Clay or other data enrichment and workflow automation platforms.
• Proven ability to transform a business process into a functioning technical system with minimal guidance.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where the roadmap frequently shifts and responsibilities are broad.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you can articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and document your work comprehensively.
• Preferred: Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable tool-use frameworks for LLMs.
• Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech setting.
