• Develop and maintain the operational framework for Infisical's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
• Oversee and integrate the complete GTM technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, etc.), create comprehensive process workflows and data flows, and guide tooling decisions.
• Create dashboards and lay the analytical groundwork that connects marketing metrics with pipeline, conversion, and revenue results.
• Provide consultation on forecasting, territory design, quota allocation, and segmentation to facilitate swift go-to-market growth.
• Design and implement onboarding, skills enhancement, and certification programs to operationalize sales methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in GTM/revenue/sales operations or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment, particularly at an early- or growth-stage startup.
• Proficient in administering a contemporary GTM technology stack, which includes HubSpot, Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools like Gong or similar.
• Demonstrated capability to create dashboards, establish forecasting routines, and develop analytical frameworks from the ground up, including funnel data, cohort analysis, and quota/capacity modeling.
• Background in designing and executing enablement programs that significantly enhance representative ramp-up time, productivity, or win rates.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convert complex ideas into clear, sales-ready content, and a strong sense of ownership, thriving in ambiguous situations without pre-existing playbooks.
