GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and develop automated outbound workflows using tools like N8N to minimize manual efforts throughout the GTM process.

• Integrate data sources, enrichment tools, CRMs, and outreach platforms into cohesive end-to-end systems.

• Develop and sustain reusable automation templates that can be scaled across various campaigns or accounts.

• Construct data enrichment pipelines utilizing tools such as Clay to collect and organize prospect and account data at scale.

• Leverage AI tools like Claude to produce personalized outreach content and research summaries within automated workflows.

• Continuously evaluate and enhance enrichment and personalization logic based on response and conversion metrics.

• Integrate outbound and enrichment workflows directly with CRM platforms to ensure a clean, accurate, and timely flow of data.

• Troubleshoot and maintain automation systems, addressing issues and enhancing reliability over time.

• Clearly document workflows to ensure systems can be understood, maintained, and expanded by others.

• Identify new tools, models, or techniques that could enhance the speed, personalization, or scalability of GTM systems.

• Monitor automation performance and proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, or opportunities for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating outbound automation or workflow systems using tools like N8N, Zapier, Make, or comparable platforms.

• Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Clay or similar solutions.

• In-depth working knowledge of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT and their application within automated workflows, beyond merely using them as a chat interface.

• Experience in integrating systems with CRM platforms to ensure seamless data flow across tools.

• Ability to work independently in designing, building, and troubleshooting systems with minimal supervision.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the aptitude to debug malfunctioning automations and enhance them iteratively.

• Excellent written communication skills for documenting workflows and systems.
