This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess and implement cutting-edge AI tools to enhance measurable efficiency and effectiveness in go-to-market strategies.
• Streamline pre- and post-event processes for marketing initiatives, lead acquisition, and content dissemination.
• Facilitate intuitive knowledge discovery through intelligent, searchable internal systems designed for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Coordinate account-based marketing campaigns across various channels with dynamic personalization and comprehensive measurement.
• Improve revenue forecasting with AI-enhanced frameworks, automated performance monitoring, and predictive analytics.
• Create educational lead magnets, calculators, interactive tools, and other content to attract targeted micro-segments.
• Automate quarterly business review presentations, competitive analysis briefs, and reporting based on product usage, revenue, and account health indicators.
• Produce AI-generated sales presentations customized for buyer roles, industry contexts, and deal stages, eliminating generic materials.
• Initiate AI-driven re-engagement campaigns to rekindle interest in previously closed-lost opportunities.
• Over 5 years of experience in go-to-market, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, consulting, or a high-growth SaaS setting.
• A proactive self-starter capable of managing projects from inception to completion in a distributed, remote-first work environment.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI/large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for workflow automation, content generation, data analysis, or operational efficiency enhancement.
• Proficient in prompt-writing and iterative processes.
• An analytical thinker adept at transforming business challenges into structured AI workflows with measurable results.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and basic SQL/data queries. Familiarity with go-to-market tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, and Marketo) is a plus.
• Experience in supporting technical stakeholders (Engineering, Security, Legal) or engaging with technical workflows, DevOps, open-source software, or compliance tools.
• Effective and concise communicator.
