This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Design and manage the architecture of CRM systems, taking full responsibility for HubSpot as a data platform.
• Create and enhance Apollo workflows while overseeing AI-driven outbound systems.
• Develop and sustain lead routing, scoring systems, and the sales handoff process between marketing and sales departments.
• Take charge of attribution and multi-touch models to accurately assign credit to the channels, campaigns, and touchpoints that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Implement and uphold tracking mechanisms across all landing pages and funnels, monitoring the process from ad clicks to booked meetings.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing focused on growth, demonstrating clear accountability for measurable results.
• Proven track record in managing pipeline development, campaign strategy, and funnel effectiveness.
• Experience in marketing a complex, technical, or high-consideration product or service.
• Demonstrated success across various functions, including paid acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, landing pages, and analytics.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 (CRM architecture and administration) and HubSpot.
