This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the GTM stack to enhance data quality from its existing state to a dependable foundation.
• Develop enrichment pipelines that ensure account and contact data remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Implement and configure all essential integrations to ensure seamless communication between tools.
• Recognize website visitors, adjust lead scoring, and establish automated routing to ensure that the right accounts are directed to the appropriate individuals without manual intervention.
• Initiate the first fully automated campaign from start to finish — including list generation, sequence activation, response routing, and pipeline attribution.
• Design a solution that maintains reliable data quality over time.
• Launch outbound sequencing across the entire AE team using personalized, data-driven messaging at scale.
• Provide complete marketing attribution to link every dollar spent to the pipeline, encompassing renewal and expansion efforts.
• Develop a custom intent signal engine that identifies buying signals the team can act upon in real-time for both new logo and existing customer accounts.
• Execute multi-channel orchestration where a single trigger initiates coordinated actions across tools — including customer success touchpoints with no human intervention required.
• Implement renewal risk scoring to highlight accounts exhibiting early churn signals — allowing proactive measures before customer success teams need to intervene.
• Manage a GTM infrastructure that functions with significant autonomy and maintain a clear vision for its future direction.
• Create a customer health score that provides insights for both Sales and Marketing, not solely for customer success.
• 3–5 years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems role.
• Practical experience with Salesforce — you’ve created flows, fields, object relationships, and integrations, not just generated reports.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, including managing the HubSpot ↔ Salesforce synchronization.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and prompt-based workflows.
• Proven background in building enrichment pipelines (e.g., Clay) that integrate external data into CRM records.
• Knowledge of outbound and sequencing tools such as Apollo or Salesloft.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity — capable of defining a problem and suggesting solutions without requiring detailed instructions.
• Strong ownership mentality; you identify your own errors, communicate proactively, and remain engaged when challenges arise.
• Experience in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Background in collaborating with Finance, Customer Success, and post-sale teams, in addition to Sales and Marketing.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Gong, RB2B, or similar — you don’t need to know them all, but you learn rapidly.
• Proficient in writing lightweight scripts or automation logic (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for data movement and transformation between systems.
• Remote Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of remote work from anywhere, balancing life and career seamlessly.
• Unforgettable Off-Sites: Twice a year, bond with colleagues in exciting destinations, fostering teamwork and fresh ideas.
